I wanted to write to thank you and your staff for this past Saturday evening’s reception honoring Josh and Natalie Mayo.  Denise, Kathy, Ellen, and Heath were such a pleasure to work with!  They had everything down to a science, were so professional AND personable.  Denise even put aside a few honey bacon twists for me as she heard me talking about how much I love bacon; so sweet!  You were absolutely right in your statement the first time you and I spoke on the phone…I did not have to worry about a thing when it came to the food, drinks, and service! Although we did run a little short on food towards the end of the first party (as you suggested we might),  Denise, Kathy and Heath handled it as the pros they are and things continued to run smoothly.  Both a testament to the food itself and the service provided by your staff!  Thank you once more for your patience and kindness in working with me as I dipped my toe in the water of party planning for the first time!  Kuddos to the chef as well!!

Thank you thank you for amazing day! It was truly wonderful and every single person raved about the food. I wanted to send you a personal note but of course I forgot it! Anyway, please tell Andrew it was perfect and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I wanted to thank you so much for the beautiful presentation of your delicious food. All your staff was so wonderful and we all enjoyed them so much! They were delightful, helpful, professional, and you name it, they did it! We were so happy and had rave comments on the delicious choice of foods and the catering staff. I just can’t thank you enough.
I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. My daughter was overwhelmed with the surprise and how beautiful everything turned out.

Enjoyed seeing you guys and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Andrew outdid himself on all the perfectly combined complex flavors. As someone who plays around in the kitchen I understand what Andrew is doing and really appreciate his creations. My friends on the other hand were introduced to a whole new world they did not know could exist. Hannah said Andrew was an artist that paints flavor. They were impressed at what a skilled chef can do when not merely mass producing a common restaurant menu. I always mention you guys when asked about team building events. I will keep it up.

Last night was fabulous and your crew was amazing. It is always a joy working with you and your staff, the food was phenomenal. I believe we did feed more than 60 people, Norbert, Denise and Kathy all handled it with ease. They did not even flinch!
